Publ-ished Work
I’m a regular contributor to PsychCentral.com, an award-winning mental health website that’s been around since 1995! Since November of ’09, I’ve been writing my own body image blog called Weightless for the website. Weightless focuses on helping women improve their body image by providing tips, expert interviews and more. I also regularly feature interviews with women who’ve recovered from eating disorders, emotional eating or other types of disordered eating.
Below, you’ll find a selection of my work for Psych Central, including articles, interviews, book reviews and other blog posts.
